Customer Service was awesome. I called before ordering the hair; because I was not too familiar with the company. The guy on the phone was nice, helpful and informative. I ordered my hair on a Tuesday and received it that same Friday; and I live in Houston, Texas! They was so awesome! Also, my hair was great and the price was great!
