Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement

We respect copyright laws and are committed to removing infringing material from our website when properly notified. If you believe that your copyright has been infringed upon on our website, please follow the procedure below to report it.

To file a notice of infringement, your written notice must include the following:

  • Your signature (physical or electronic).
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the infringing material with enough detail for us to locate the material on our website.
  • Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address, if available.
  • A statement of good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Please direct your notice and any inquiries to our designated agent via our Contact Us page. Ensure to select the appropriate subject related to copyright concerns for your message.

Note: Under the DMCA, failing to include all of the above information may result in an ineffective notice.

Warning: Please be aware that knowingly making a false claim of copyright infringement may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your signature (physical or electronic).
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it previously appeared.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district, or if outside the U.S., for any district in which the website may be found. You must also state you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA Notice.

Please submit your counter-notification via our Contact Us page, selecting the appropriate copyright concern subject.

Following the receipt of a counter-notification, our policy is to restore the removed content unless the party who filed the original DMCA Notice files a court action against you within ten business days.

Warning: Filing a false counter-notification may result in liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
