• Order and payment processing

    • Beauty Depot Online uses to process payments. We accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. 

  • Order cancelation due to stock

    • Because Beauty Depot Online pulls orders from multiple locations, there is a possibility that certain items may appear in stock but are not available. If this is the case, you will be notified by email that your order has been canceled and your purchase will be refunded as soon as possible.

  • How long does it take to ship an order?

    • Once you place your order, it will be prepared for shipment. Your order is considered processed when it is ready to ship and will be out for delivery within two business days.

  • My bank account shows that I was charged twice for my order. What should I do?

    • Due to delays between our internal system and our payment gateway, your account may show an additional “pending” charge after you place your order. This pending charge is only a notification and does not indicate that you have been charged twice. The pending charge will be removed from your account once we process the order and send it out for delivery.

  • How do I track my order?

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link from our carrier service, UPS.

  • Where does Beauty Depot ship products?

    • Currently, we only ship products to the United States. More locations will be added in the future. Please note that our carrier, UPS, does not ship to PO boxes.

  • Can I pick up my order in the store?

    • Yes! After you input your billing address, simply select “Free - In Store Pickup” as your shipping method. The address for “Free - In Store Pickup” is:
