How long does it take to ship an order?

My bank account shows that I was charged twice for my order. What should I do?

Due to delays between our internal system and our payment gateway, your account may show an additional “pending” charge after you place your order. This pending charge is only a notification and does not indicate that you have been charged twice. The pending charge will be removed from your account once we process the order and send it out for delivery.

Where does Beauty Depot ship products?

Currently, we only ship products to the United States. More locations will be added in the future. Please note that our carrier, UPS, does not ship to PO boxes.
