Overview

Bulk Orders are designed for customers who need a larger quantity than what is currently available in our live in-store inventory. When you place a Bulk Order, we order that quantity from our vendors/suppliers on your behalf.

Important: Bulk Orders cannot be combined with regular in-stock orders in the same shopping cart. This is normal and required due to how Bulk Orders are processed and fulfilled.

**Bulk Orders: Key Rules (Please Read)**

Bulk Orders are Separate	Bulk Orders must be placed as their own order. You cannot mix Bulk Order quantities with regular in-stock items in the same cart.
Why You See an Error	If you attempt to add a Bulk Order item into a cart that already contains regular items (or vice versa), an error message will appear explaining that the cart cannot mix order types.
How Bulk Orders Are Fulfilled	Bulk Orders are not pulled from our normal in-store inventory. Instead, we place a supplier order based on the Bulk quantities you select.
Out of Stock / Low Stock Items	Bulk Orders can be placed even if an item is low stock or out of stock on the website, because we are ordering it from suppliers rather than shipping from current shelf inventory.
Automatic Bulk Discount	Each Bulk quantity option includes an automatic discount built into the Bulk pricing. The discount is applied based on the Bulk tier selected.

Bulk Order Timing (Important)

Bulk Orders take longer than standard orders because we must secure the requested quantities from vendors/suppliers, receive the shipment to our location, and then ship your order to you.

How to Place a Bulk Order

Bulk ordering is done from the product page using the Bulk Order option. This ensures the correct Bulk tiers and discounts are applied automatically.

**Step-by-Step: Bulk Order Instructions**
Step	What to Do
1) Open the Product Page	Navigate to the item you want to purchase and open the product page.
2) Click the Bulk Order Option	Click the truck icon and the text bubble that says: “CLICK HERE to Bulk Order this product!”
3) Select a Bulk Quantity Tier	A dropdown/card will appear allowing you to select a Bulk quantity. Each Bulk tier includes an automatic discount.
4) Add to Cart	Add the Bulk tier to your cart. Reminder: Your cart must contain Bulk items only (no regular in-stock items).
5) Checkout Normally	Complete checkout on the website. After your Bulk Order is placed, we will begin ordering the quantities from suppliers on your behalf.
