Our Return Policy

We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchases from Beauty Depot Online. If for any reason you're not pleased with your order, we offer a return process that is as simple and hassle-free as possible.

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from receiving your order to initiate a return.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unopened, and sealed in their original packaging.
  • Return Address: Please send all returns to 3120 E Hillsborough Ave, Tampa, FL 33610.
  • Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. To expedite your refund, please include your name and order number with your return.
  • Shipping Costs: Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using USPS for the most cost-effective rates. Unfortunately, we do not provide return labels.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us immediately at online@beautydepotusa.com with a detailed description and photos of the issue for a swift resolution.
